The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter, team player, with a great work ethic and attention to detail. In addition, should meet the following qualifications : 

• Punctuality and Professionalism are important factors.
• Interested in Private Duty assignments
• Responsibilities
  • Provide patient assessments and charting patient's care
  • Administer medications, treatments and therapies to patient, if necessary
  • Create and maintain patient medical records and health information.
  • Update charting notes
  • Collaborate with members of the care management team
  • Comply with regulations and standards of practice for professional nursing.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• • Must be a graduate of a RN program from an accredited school.
  • Must hold a current valid license.
  • Demonstrated understanding of infection control practices and safety regulations.
  • Must demonstrate adequate written and verbal communication skills.
  • Follows all organizational policies and procedures when providing patient care.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

General Working Conditions

This position entails full-time work with Overtime available. . This position requires the ability to write patient care clearly. The employee will occasionally lift and do transfers. The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others.
